At Catchmaster, we stand behind the quality of our pest management solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right tools for your home or business, so we make our exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
